This section contains a wealth of customer support intended for our clients who have already purchased design documentation for a single-family house. You will receive customer support after you have filled in the customer number you can find on your Discount Card or the description of each drawing.

Customer support includes a form for ordering a design and changing a design during construction, a database of construction material suppliers and firms that deal with construction, a database of building commissions, information about insuring a building, the most important laws and ordinances and sample contracts you may encounter during construction. Also here is a list of current construction standards, forms and applications for land use decisions and construction permits as well as legal advice.
