  • Family house suitable for housing 5-member family, suitable to attached build-up area, or detached house or duplex house
  • Is designed in four alternatives – free combination of alternatives in attached built-up area
  • Alternatives is different by organization of living rooms –alt, C and D has bedroom on ground floor, in alt, A and B is bigger kitchen and dining room
  • Number of dwelling rooms is the same in all alternatives, as in alternative, A and B is in the attic one more room – instead of comfortable bedroom with equipment are there two smaller rooms
  • In alternative A and B is separated dining room lighted by skylights trough the gallery, in alternative C a D is dining room part of the living room – there is instead of gallery in attic designed built-in closet
  • Major difference of external architecture, is between the alternatives of opposite orientation of the part of the to the main facade– in alternative, A and C is attic orientated with its part with a drip to the road, where the huge oriel dominates, in alternative B and D is gable orientated to the road
  • In each of alternatives main living space create living room with fireplace, linked with kitchen and staircase
