Pavel Šrek / 07.11.2017 / 11:48:36 / Little starLittle starLittle starLittle starLittle star Dnes po dvanáctiletém bydlení v domu PRAKTIK 078, který jsem svépomocí postavil dle PD,mohu říci toto. Pěkně řešený prosvětlený interiér, dobré podmínky pro vytápění, super na úklid, příjemné bydlení,
Pouze za ne příliš šťastné řešení je umístění komínu uprostřed již tak nevelké kotelničky, kdy se velmi obtížně napojuje kotel na tuhá paliva. Doporučuji umístit komín co nejblíže ke zdi s kuchyňkou, stejně se v patře dozdívá sprchový kout. Druhé mínus bych dal WC v patře,je to velký prostor, který se dá využít např. jako šatna a WC může být součastí koupelny(druhé WC v přízemí)
